Harper government launches call for proposals for projects led and inspired by seniors
The Harper government is seeking applications for projects that will help seniors use their leadership abilities, energy and skills to continue to make a difference in their communities through the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP).
Government of Canada invests to help youth in Selkirk get jobs
The Government of Canada is providing support for youth in Selkirk to help them gain the skills, knowledge and experience they need to enter and succeed in the job market. The announcement was made by James Bezan, Member of Parliament for Selkirk-Interlake, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development.
